What we do

Personalised In-Home NDIS & Aged Care Services Across Victoria

Whoever's paying for the care, the people who turn up at your door are the same. Same standards, same clinical backup, same person on the phone when something changes. NDIS, Support at Home, and private clients — all welcome.

Comprehensive In-Home Support Services for NDIS & Aged Care Clients

Two funding streams. One trusted team.

Care that changes with you.

Most Australians who need home care fall into one of two funding streams — and Goldstar Care is registered or approved to deliver across both. Whether you're a registered NDIS participant or an older Australian on a Support at Home package, your care plan and your support workers stay the same — only the paperwork behind the scenes changes.

NDIS

NDIS-funded support

Registered NDIS Provider (valid until 8 April 2028) delivering personal care, household tasks, transport, community participation, SIL, respite, and nursing for participants under 65.

Aged Care

Support at Home

Approved Support at Home provider delivering everyday support, personal care, and complex clinical care for older Australians (65+) — including post-hospital pathways.

Care Management

Care Management is the layer that holds your plan together — the named person inside Goldstar Care who knows your goals, your team, and the moving parts. We take the extra step to work alongside your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) and Support Coordinator (SC) to make sure the services in your plan actually show up the way they were intended.

What this covers
  • A dedicated Care Manager from intake — the same person, week after week
  • Working alongside your LAC or SC so the plan's intent translates into actual care
  • Liaising with your GP, allied health, hospital teams, and family — one point of contact
  • Tracking progress against goals and flagging changes early, not late
  • Managing the budget for hours we deliver and reporting back for plan reviews

Service 02

Behaviour Support & High-Intensity Care

For NDIS participants whose Behaviour Support Plans include regulated restrictive practices, Goldstar Care delivers the day-to-day care under those plans — with the training, oversight, and documentation discipline to do it safely.

What this covers
  • Support delivery under approved Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Worker training in the specific practices authorised in the BSP
  • Coordination with the participant's behaviour support practitioner
  • Audit-ready documentation kept current — not scrambled together at audit time
  • De-escalation as the first response, every time, before any restrictive practice is considered

We don't take participants whose plans require practices we're not trained or authorised to deliver. If we can't do it safely, we'll say so and help find a provider who can.
