Accessibility statement

We're committed to making this website and our services usable by everyone.

Last updated: 26 April 2026

Our commitment

Goldstar Care Solutions believes everyone deserves equal access to information about care. We design this website to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, and we work to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Use clear, plain English wherever possible.
  • Maintain colour contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA.
  • Keep heading structure logical so screen readers can navigate efficiently.
  • Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Ensure interactive elements are keyboard accessible.
  • Avoid time limits, auto-playing audio, or moving content that cannot be paused.

Need a different format?
